At Beamun, we take great care in freshly crafting and delivering your skincare products. Below, you’ll find all the details on how we calculate delivery times, shipping costs, and estimated arrival times based on your location.
How We Calculate Delivery Time
Your delivery time consists of two parts:
1. Fulfillment Time (Order Processing)
This is the time it takes to prepare your order before shipping. Since we freshly handcraft each product with care, one by one, fulfillment times depend on your order size:
• 1 - 10 products → 2 working days
• 11 - 100 products → 7 working days
• 100+ products → 12 working days
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped from one of our two fulfillment centers:
• North-East Europe (for EU and UK orders)
• United States (for U.S. orders)

Taxes and other duties
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment, based on your location. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Beamun is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to the customer.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If you believe that your package was damaged during transit by a shipping carrier, please first take images of the unopened box as it has arrived at your doorstep and do not open the package. Please email us at hell@beamun.com with the images so that we can inspect the damages and take the necessary precautions to get you a new, undamaged product/order.
If your package is missing or the tracking number says ‘delivered’ and you have not received it, please ensure that you have looked around the property and any and all entrances, exits, and drop off points before emailing hello@beamun.com to submit your claim. If the package is still not found, we will start a claim with the shipping service used in order to track down the package and ensure that it gets delivered to you in a proper fashion.
Returns
Since we're talking about skincare products, we can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items.
